Isaiah 61:11 · Greensboro, NC
A faith-shaped homestead and gathering space — rooted in the land, the covenant, and the community.
About the Garden
Covenant Garden started with a few raised beds and a passage of Scripture that would not let go. Isaiah 61:11 keeps showing us: what God causes to grow in the earth, He also causes to grow in people, families, and communities.
We believe the garden is more than a food source. It is a place of formation. Every seed planted is an act of faith. Every harvest shared is an act of hospitality.
This is a homegrown space — real soil, real bread, real welcome. We want to share what we are learning and make room for others to flourish alongside us.
What We're About
01
Tending soil, growing food, honoring the rhythms of each season. The garden is a parable we return to every day.
02
Gathering, encouraging, praying together. The table is always set. Come sit down — there is room here for you.
03
Marriage, faithfulness, and God's restoring work. The word covenant carries weight here — in the garden, the home, and the ceremony.
What We Offer
Heirloom varieties and organic seasonal vegetables grown in Piedmont NC soil. Available at the gate and at local markets.
Seasonal dinners, small group evenings, and prayer nights at the garden. Hospitality is not a program — it is a posture.
Kevin is an ordained officiant. If you are looking for someone who will pray over your covenant and take your marriage seriously, we would be honored.
"We believe the work of the garden and the table is sacred — and that the skills of tending things are worth passing on."Kevin & Covenant Garden · Greensboro, NC
Rooted in Covenant
The image of righteousness sprouting up like a garden is not just a metaphor — it is the animating vision for the whole work. We plant, we tend, and we trust God for the growth.
Caring for the land, sharing the harvest, making room at the table — all of it is a response to what God has given. The garden is a place of formation, not just production.
Covenant Garden is meant to be a place where people encounter beauty, nourishment, and community. The gate is open. You do not need to have it figured out to come in.
The word covenant shapes how we tend the land, welcome people, and approach marriage ministry. We are committed to the long, faithful work.
